Data is backed up every morning onto a remote storage server. This serves as a security measure in the unlikely event that something happens to the primary server.
In addition, regular weekly and monthly backups are saved for incremental purposes, as well as a second copy of the data being saved to an alternate harddrive.
With these multiple levels of redundency, we are confident that our customers' data is safe.
Customers may also prepare and download full system backups, which allow them the added security and peace of mind of having their vital business information in their control. In case of accidental data loss, these backups can be recovered and used to restore the whole account.
